The word LIBRARY is derived from the Latin liber, “book,” whereas a Latinized Greek word, bibliotheca, is the origin of the word for library in German, Russian, and the Romance languages.
A library is the centre of information and similar resources, made accessible to a defined community for reference or borrowing. It provides physical or digital access to material.
A Library serves the need and requirement of the faculties / students towards reading, studying and research. The PUC Library is spacious enough to accommodate hundreds of Users at a time with an exhaustive collection of over 6000 books, subscribed Magazines, Journals, News Paper, Manuscripts, CD’S & DVD’S , Bound Volumes and News Paper clipping are also maintained.

To keep an update with the happenings and to co-relate it to history, our library provides an extensive collection of information, resources and facilities to our students and staff for their learning, research and development. It boasts a collection of more than 10,000 books, weekly and monthly subscriptions, newspapers, magazines, E-journals, year books, encyclopaedias, dictionaries and model question papers. The system covers exhaustive content in PCMB, especially focussing on providing sufficient materials for competition exams such as JEE, NEET, CET, UPSC and others. A best place for unbridled intellectual inquiry and to seek, create, communicate and preserve knowledge.
